Shipping policy

Shipping fees:

Amazingly Natural uses a Standard flat shipping fee of £3.99 for all orders to England, Scotland and Wales. We use an Express shipping fee of £9.99 for express orders to England, Scotland and Wales. For orders of £50 or more, the shipping fee is FREE to England, Scotland and Wales.

We will be shipping to additional countries in the near future. In the meantime, Email info@amazinglynatural.co.uk if you require shipping to another country.

Dispatch timelines:

We dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to do so within 1-2 working days for all orders. During seasonal peaks, dispatch times may take up to 4 working days but we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible. 

Delivery Courier: 

Most of our standard delivery shipments are made via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked delivery. Express shipments are made via Royal Mail 24 Hour tracked delivery.

Delivery Tracking:

We provide tracking details for all orders once dispatched. You will receive an email with  the tracking details containing a link to the courier website. Please note that tracking links won't become live until the courier has scanned the parcel on collection, which may take several hours.
